The full fledged training centre is meant for the capacity building of Community Development Organizers, Members of the Social Welfare Societies (SWS), Self Help Group (SHG) members, staff of WSSS, Farmers, Tribal community, Children, PRI officials and other public for different developmental interventions. This centre is also a platform for the NGO-Govt network. Above all this centre is planned to be developed as a research centre for conducting social researches. Currently DDU GKY residential course is conducting in Boys Town. Medicinal plants garden, botanical museum, traditional pepper conservation park, poultry farm, pig farm etc. are also located in Boys Town.
